The Mineral Wealth and Mining Development Act 2015 regulates all activities related to the mining sector in Sudan and repeals the Mineral Wealth and Mining Development Act 2007. The official version of the law is in English and there are no official translations of this law into other languages. The government regulating entity is the Ministry of Minerals.
