The Minerals and Mining Law Act 2000, regulates all mining operations and related activities within the territory of Liberia. The regulatory framework for the mining sector includes: the Minerals and Mining Law, 2000; and, the Mineral Exploration Regulations, 2010. Other applicable laws are listed below.
